i. Regular Repair: 6-month warranty from the service date.

ii. Sealed System Repair: 1-year warranty from the service date.

b. Scope: Warranty covers issues arising directly from our service, not external factors.

c. Limitations: Misuse or unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

a. Indirect Damages: CanadAppliance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

b. Liability Limit: Our liability for claims is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property Protection

 

a. Recording Policy: Recording the repair process without prior written consent from CanadAppliance is strictly prohibited. The repair process, associated materials, and any intellectual property generated during the service are owned exclusively by CanadAppliance.

b. Intellectual Property Ownership: All intellectual property, including but not limited to repair methods, processes, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of CanadAppliance. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

Supplier Relations

 

a. Exclusive Suppliers: CanadAppliance exclusively works with reputable suppliers for parts and materials. Our pricing and terms of service are aligned with those set forth by our trusted suppliers. We adhere to a strict supplier policy to ensure the quality and authenticity of the components used in our services.

 

Termination

 

a. Termination Rights: Either party can terminate the agreement by written notice.

b. Outstanding Payments: Upon termination, you're responsible for outstanding service payments.
